Frequently Asked Questions
What is the turn-around time?
This will depend on your material selection. Some jobs can be completed within four weeks, while other jobs can take longer. We offer a large selection of frame mouldings that are hand carved and hand finished, which require just a little extra time and attention to complete.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, just let us know what your time frame is, and we’ll do our absolute darndest to accommodate. Please note, depending on your frame selection and the time frame needed, a rush fee of 20-40% will be added to your project total.
What types of payment do you accept? When is payment due?
We keep it simple. We accept cash and all major credit cards or debit cards. We require payment in full to get your project rolling.
Do you offer discounts?
No, we do not. We believe in being honest and straight-forward with our pricing. “Big box” frame shops will inflate their prices so that they can offer massive (deceiving) discounts, but this is not our approach.
Can I get my finished piece delivered to me?
Yes! We are happy to deliver your finished piece right to your front door!
Can you install my framed piece for me?
We do not offer installation service at this time, but we are happy to provide you with a referral to a top-notch local installation company.
Do you offer printing services? I have digital photos that I’d like to get framed.
Ahh, yes, don’t we all! Absolutely, we can take care of printing your photos prior to your frame design consultation. Once we receive your photo files, we will let you know your printing options and give you our recommendations. You can also pop into the studio if you would like to see photo samples in person.
Do you offer art restoration services?
No, we leave that specialized work to the professional art conservators. We work with some great local conservators and would be happy to provide you with a referral. If you are unsure if your art needs restoration, please send us a picture and we can give you our recommendation.
How do I take care of my framed piece?
The short answer is not to use any harsh chemical products on the glass or frame, as this can disturb the finish. Spray cleaners onto a microfiber rag, never directly on the piece. When you frame with us, we will provide you with a complete guide to caring for your frame and include a microfiber cloth with your frame package.
